It's gooood. Slow, tense, thoughtful, very well acted. Not as good as the very best BB episodes, but still excellent.

You don't need to remember the backstory, just broad brush strokes.

Watched it last night just really enjoyed it!! But I watched all breaking bad this summer and then have just finished all of better call Saul!! So for me it was just great to see what happened to poor Jessie!!

I didn't like it, thought it was really slow and didn't add much. I liked the way breaking bad ended and think it should have been left at that. Also because its been so long its hard to remember who everybody is!

BeverlyGoldbergsHairAndJumpers · 15/10/2019 21:47

I watched it and I liked it. I re-watched the last episode of the series before to remind me of what happened.

EleanorReally · 19/10/2019 18:49

dh keeps watching, so I have to watch it tonight, or I never will I fear

Shmithecat2 · 19/10/2019 18:51

Worth a watch, even just for Skinny Pete and Badger! Yes, its slow and not as good as BB in general, but still good.

fishonabicycle · 21/10/2019 10:24

It's a fitting ending to the series. Very good.

ginghamstarfish · 21/10/2019 10:33

It was not quite what I expected, but good nonetheless, glad to see what happened to Jesse after his horrific ordeal.

ShippingNews · 21/10/2019 10:56

Excellent. Slow burn, perfect ending. Great to see the continuation of Jesse's journey.

If you've forgotten Breaking Bad and want a little catch up, there are several videos on You Tube which help.

PumpkinKing · 21/10/2019 11:39

I enjoyed it. It has some very tense moments and I think it's a satisfying continuation to Jesse's story. There was a recap at the beginning and I was surprised by how much I'd forgotten considering I only finished it two years ago.

raisinseverywhere · 21/10/2019 11:42

I enjoyed it. Not really a film, more just a long episode, but it was nice to see a happy ending for Jesse.

NewName73 · 23/10/2019 18:27

I really enjoyed it, but I agree that it felt more like a double-episode of BB than a movie.

Also there are almost no women in it.

But if you loved BB I think you will enjoy this.

BeverlyGoldbergsHairAndJumpers · 23/10/2019 18:58

It would fail the Beshdel test Smile

joffreyscoffees · 23/10/2019 18:59

Watch BB again? I'm on my fourth or fifth run through!

El Camino was good, I enjoyed it but I wished it was longer.

PrincessScarlett · 30/10/2019 23:42

I enjoyed this film. It was slow but very intense in places, just like the BB series. Loved Jesse's character in BB so was nice to see him get some closure after his ordeal. Aaron Paul was great as the lead and didn't need to be WW's sidekick, he was the film.

cornflakegirl · 30/10/2019 23:47

It was good, but I couldn't remember a lot of the stuff it referenced, which was frustrating.

avamiah · 30/10/2019 23:50

I really liked it but I would recommend that you watch the last episode of BB first then everything becomes clear .

avamiah · 30/10/2019 23:59

It’s a bit slow and frustrating at times especially the scenes with Todd, uncle Jacks nephew.
I was shouting at the Tv as it gets that intense .😬😬

OhDeari · 31/10/2019 00:01

It was crap.

avamiah · 31/10/2019 00:04

OhDeari,
No ??
😱😱😱

avamiah · 31/10/2019 00:05

Did you watch Breaking Bad and Better Caul Saul first ??

2018SoFarSoGreat · 31/10/2019 04:40

I liked it. It felt good to have some follow up to Jessie's story.
