I remember watching a film as a teenager in the 90's. It was about two teenage girls who stayed out and I think their parents called the police. The girls ended up in front of a judge who I think was Jerry Orbach (dad in dirty dancing). The girls got sent to jail where they were abused by a prison officer.
I've gone through Jerry Orbach's IMDb and can't seem to work it out. What made me remember it being him was because he was so horrible in it.
Can anyone help name it?
