I’m not entirely sure it was a film it could have been a book.. a young couple escape a life of crime and travel the world, it had a mix of romance/thriller my sister thinks it was released during 2000s she wanted to know the title to reread/watch if anyone knows it? Sorry to be vague I don’t know anything about it
