Looking for a good film to watch tonight. What have you watched recently that you could recommend? Like most genres but not sci-fi.

Just realised the auto correct in the title! I don't seem to be able to edit it but it was meant to read 'looking'!!!!

What happened to Monday was a good watch. It’s on Netflix. Kind of dystopian/ sci-fi genre.

Black panther

Baby Driver has just appeared on Now TV and is supposed to be brilliant. I'll let you know tomorrow!

Have you watched Pride? It's on Netflix. It's based on a true story about a group of gay people who supported the miner's strike. The guy who played Moriarty in Sherlock is in it.

We re-watched Blades of Glory last night, one of my favourites, so funny.
So I would recommend that, but it's not new ( 2007?).

What do you have OP? Now, Prime, Netflix?

Lifeonrepeat · 03/03/2018 20:24

Thanks for the recommendations so far. I have Sky, Netflix and Prime.

Bit late now but Arrival is excellent. Way way more than a science fiction film (which isn't my thing). Thought-provoking and moving.

Have you seen La La Land? Not my cup of tea, but that's on Netflix too.

BrendasUmbrella · 04/03/2018 00:56

Oh never mind, probably too late to start watching a film now!

Office Space is knocking around on Sky Movies again. It's kind of fun. Not too demanding but very watchable. Jennifer Aniston does a good turn in it.
