The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe for a 3 year-old?

Debating watching this with DD this afternoon, but not sure if she's a tad young... What age were your DC when they saw it, and were they scared/upset?

I think she'll enjoy it. The only bit that I think might upset her is the whole Edmund-betraying-his-siblings thing, as she has a very strong sense of fairness.

I would have thought 'The Land Before Time' series would be more appropriate and enjoyable for a 3 year old tbh. I don't think Lion, Witch etc is going to do any harm at all but will she really be able to enjoy it? Surely she's too young to understand it.

She will probably enjoy the talking animals. How will she react to Aslan being killed by the white witch?
