I think there was a little boy who was adopted / fostered, and he was very naughty and got upto all sorts of mishief. He may have worn a hat with a propeller on it maybe.
It was a family comedy in the 80s or possibly 90s. I thought it was called childsplay but a quick Google dispelled that!
So that's clear as mud......anyone remember it? It was so funny and I want to show dd, help appreciated!
