I am planning on seeing this.

Has anyone seen it?

It looks fabulous although overly long.

It's okay to not like a film. But every ape was an actor and it's fucking incredible to see such commitment to studying animal mannerisms etc. For a role. To me, the films not about twists or turns, it's about the journey (to an end we all know cos of the original films!) I always go into films with an open mind and to say the whole thing is shite is pretty close minded to such a talented crew. X

I'm happy with people not liking the film, I just thought OPs comments were uncalled for.

Only went to keep dh company. I can't bear to see animals suffering.
Found it excruciating.
