We normally watch action / fbi type TV, currently really into Fargo and Narcos.
I'm after a recommendation for a film tonight with a very different mood. Can anyone recommend something romantic but not just a clichéd romcom? I want something a bit indie / thinky rather than eg love actually. I liked 500 days of summer so perhaps something more like that? I haven't looked into new films since about 2005 so no idea what there is! DP normally chooses films and they normally involve super heroes, but he likes other genres too, just not too formulaic crap romcom.
Other criteria - for some reason I can't handle old films, so last 5 years ideally pls. Definitely nothing from eg 60s!
