Hi All

Please recommend a seriously scary movie for me to watch with my DP tonight.

We having a horror pajama party night WineGrin and we each have to choose two horror films. We're big horror, thriller and gore fans and have seen most horrors but if anyone has any ideas of movies that scared you shitless please share. Can get any movie we like so that's not a problem.

TIA

Drag me to hell - really jumpy

Nothing has ever scared me like The Shining😵👻💀

I can't think of any horrors that have really scared me but Triangle is bloody awesome if you've not seen it.

You can't beat a classic (original) John Carpenter either, like The Thing or The Fog.

The Mist is brilliant, I'd recommend the black and white version over the colour one.

Also 1408 is great fun.

Cabin in the woods? Suspiria?

Wolf creek also made me shit my pants.

And also I find event horizon really unsettling although it would have been better if it hadn't been cut so much.

The original Texas chainsaw massacre
Paranormal activity
Japanese version of The Eye (subtitled)
Spanish horror called KM31 (subtitled)

The conjuring was creepy and also Case 39.

I'm too scared now I'm a grown up to watch scary movies anymore.

Thanks so much for all your great suggestions. We have decided to watch the Triangle recommended by Cornflake. This was one movie I haven't seen and the reviews look excellent so thank you very much.

Great choices though as I've seen most of what was suggested and they're all brilliant movies. Wolf creek 2 was actually worse than 1 so if you haven't seen that you should ,it was gory as hell. Another one that I enjoyed was As Above So Below, it was about going in the catacombs of Paris - really creepy!
