My dd is desperate to watch a film she used to watch, I have no idea what it is.
There is a boy with brown hair who lives in a car dump, he has some friends, they get one chocolate a day but he runs away and metal aliens try to attack and a man tries to stop him and someone in an air balloon helps him and he finds his dad at the end in a boat 
There may or may not be a crocodile too.
I have no idea, if anyone could help I'd really appreciate it.
