When do they confirm age rating for films? (I'm looking at you Jurassic World)

DS2 has been counting down the days to this film since last year

I'm hoping for a 12A at the most!!!

I just checked on imdb & it said it's a pg13 but not sure what the equates to in UK - maybe 12a?

Out 11th June.

My ds(16) wants to see it as it comes out just after his gcse's finish.

I can't imagine it being a 15-iirc none of the others in the franchise were above a 12.

I saw it as PG 13 but didn't realise that it might be different over here.

It said 12A when I checked my local cinema yesterday for bookings. I'm planning on taking my 8yo as he loves all the Jurassic movies.

I'd be amazed if it's anything more than a 12A. They'll cut it rather than accept a rating that will prevent families seeing it.

LastGleaming my DS is 8 too. There's an 11.30am showing on the 11th. He even suggested he doesn't go to school that morning.

Confused

This is unlikely to occur, even eager as he is.
