Love a film but feel one actor has been miscast

I love the film Dangerous Liasions and think the acting is great apart from Keanu Reeves. He is so wooden and miscast in this role that I can't believe he got the part. Love him in other films though It's the same with Minnie Driver in Good Will Hunting, love that film but wish she wasn't in it.

Anyone else have a film that is just off perfect because of one thing? I also have this issue with certain lines in films but I think that's just me

I'm with you Esio on four weddings, Andie Macdowell is terrible in that role, also the line ' is it still raining ...bla bla' makes me cringe

I wanted to say Les Mis though. Russell Crowe is wrong and while Eddie Redmayne was good as the whinge bag Marius, in the book he did not sing like Kermit as the barricades fell. Thernadiers wrong too. They were vile, not amusing.

Andy McDowell is terrible in many films.

Groundhog Day is one of my absolute favourite films. Bill Murray shines as do the many peripheral characters and yet she is so dull. All that effort he puts in to win her over, she really doesn't deserve it. And yet the film is perfect despite her. I really don't know how she kept being cast.

Tom Cruise is almost always Tom Cruise, I don't think he can act much.

Whoever played Jane Bennett in the BBC adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. Not strictly a film I know and I really should be over it by now.

I feel almost embarrassed for her.

TBF, Lemon, I should imagine Jane Bennet is rather a thankless role. She's so flipping wet nice.

My candidate would be Julia Roberts in Michael Collins. I know they have to have Hollywood stars to sell films but I really, really wish that they had cast someone else.
