Anyone seen it? Worth going to?
Is it really sad?

I enjoyed it. Good cast and I like a Brit flick. It was emotional but I didn't feel like shite at the end. We hadn't intended to go and I wasn't bothered about seeing it and thought I could easily wait until it is on the telly but I did enjoy it. It also wasn't too long. I hate how almost every (US) film these days is over 2 hours long

Thank you for feedback. I'd like to see it but if it's desperately sad I couldn't take it at the moment. I see Judi Dench has been nominated for a Golden Globe

I got to see it. It's great. Poignant but with laugh out loud bits. Judi Dench terrific as is Steve Coogan

It's very good, definitely worth seeing, and not overly sad. However, it isn't as wonderful as I'd hoped, although I always love watching Dench.

It's very very good. Judi Dench fab as ever!

I presume Judi Dench will lose out (to Cate Blanchett in Blue Jasmine) for the Oscar for Best Actress ?
