Monsters inc 2 or The Smurfs 2

What will we prefer?

Boys are 8 and 11 and I am 42.

Without doubt Monsters University. It was funny. Smurfs 2 was diabolical.

Not seen Smurfs 2 but I have seen Monsters University, have to say I was pleasantly surprised and quite enjoyed it.
I was there with DS 7 and DNephew 15 and they both seemed to like it.

I think dh can do Smurfs and I will do Monsters!

I took my 4 yo DS to MU today and it was really scary in places. So much so, we left about 20 min before the end . But if they are OK with the more gothic Harry Potter's, they ' ll be fine.

Seen both, Monsters was waaaay better.

We've seen both and without a doubt monsters university is better - the kids enjoyed both really but I was so glad when smurfs 2 had finished.

Smurfs 2 was beyond dire. I have to say, I went to see it with crippling period pain which did not exactly help enamour me to it but it truly was utter bollocks.

Monsters University was fabulous, took DCs aged 15, 6 and 4. All loved it!
