Due to us having a very small collection.

I'm thinking boogie beebies (although I can't find one that has the football one on it, he loves that) fifi and the flowertots (his one love atm) and either madagascar or the new tweenies songtime dvd (we have all the videos and he loves it - it's rationed though!)

What would anyone suggest? He'll be two btw!

would go for this and Madagascar

What about Maggie and the Ferocious Beast? it's fantastic.

Backyardigans, Barney, Fireman Sam, Postman Pat, my little one loved the fimbles at that age.

My DD loves anything that is Disney.
Her favourites have been:

Aristocats
Shrek
Toy Story
Finding Nemo
Lady and the Tramp
101 Dalmations

and currently her absolute favourite is Stuart Little.

Surfermum · 03/03/2006 20:38

DD is 2.9 and really loves Finding Nemo, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Madeline.

TinyGang · 03/03/2006 20:38

SpiderSmile

Surfermum · 03/03/2006 20:40

Ooh yes! Stuart Little. I got Stuart Little 2 for 50p in a charity shop and she liked it so much I found her Stuart Little in another charity shop.

lunavix · 03/03/2006 20:40

We've got most of the disney on video, ds will NOT watch them. Perhaps the animation is just a bit dull n crappy? I still love them but I find they don't appeal to boys as much.

We have Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (NEW ONE!!!!) and Finding Nemo on dvd... so good choices surfermum :)

RRH - I can't believe the football one isn't on either dvd! I used to hate boogie beebies but ds LOVES the football one. Think it helps the bloke looks like his godfather.

OOOOH what about dumbo, got to be a hit everytime.

Thomcat · 03/03/2006 20:42

Ohhh how couyld I have left Dumbo off DD's list, god she wakes up saying "mummy, dvd, dumbo"!!!!!

And it's start little 2 that she loves now, will also have to go out and find Stuart Little 1!

How about a bear in the big blue house DVD?
Oh an Elmos world one?

JanH · 03/03/2006 20:44

Thomas the Tank?

lunavix · 03/03/2006 20:45

NO ELMOS WORLD LOL

It drives me nuts!!!!

milkshake is so odd... a mix of decent cartoons (ds loves fifi the most, noddy, miss spider) and then there's rubbish like rhubarb and custard, elmos world and bloomin bird bath!!!!!!!

I might get some thomas the tank...

Great-MIL bought ds that magic railroad dvd.. my thoughts are on the other thread!!!!

He's such a girl though lol. He adores fifi and anything pink. He dances around singing fifi in the mornings :)

I quite fancy charlie and lola but that's for me...

DS2 loved Thomas, Fireman Sam, Spider, William's Wish Wellingtons, Come Outside, Rosie and Jim - this was all pre Tellytubbies-and-all-downhill-from-there! (He is nearly 13 now)
