About a girl (young teen?) who is clearly very ill (pale, maybe bald).
Their parents had another child to provide organs/blood for a major operation to the first child.
The second child (young teen?) decides she won't provide her organs for her sister.
The film's about the ethical dilemmas of the parents, and the second child, and the second child's rights (does she actually take her parents to court? I think she does.)
