If you see the linked thread you'll see I was asking you the same question!
Go see it - its fab and not scary.

Oh great!! Thank you! Our local cinema has more 2d screenings than 3d so I am happy with that, Dd and 3d glasses sounds too much hassle for me! But she is mad keen to see it and has been poorly so this would be a good way to cheer her up!

I saw it today with dd1 - 7yrs and dd2 3 years. They both loved it though 3 yr old didn't keep the 3d glasses on!

Just to update in case anyone else is looking - took DD (just 3) to see this today, she loved it, and I have no idea why it was a PG! It wasn't as good as say Toy Story, but completely watchable. She was not the youngest one there by far!

it's the glasses that are putting me off! is it watchable without them? I reckon DS who's a bit younger would enjoy it but not sure he'll wear the specs!

We just went to a 2d showing and avoided them altogether!

I really enjoyed Tangled, however I watched it with my 2 daughters and one son, and I was very annoyed how they'd made the man normal but the girl had big, abnormal eyes that you never saw on any girl in your life!!!

I'm trying to grow my boy up to see girls as being totally normal to men and being as worthwhile as such, why can't disney conform to this????
