What on earth happens during the Spanish Buzz sequence - how is that funny if you are already watching in Spanish?

chic, I suppose the spanish scene would be in another language in the Spanish version.

Buzz still speaks Spanish but in a different dialect.

Copied from an answer to same question on IMDB:

"Disney films since 1991 have had two different dubs for the Spanish language: The Latin American Spanish ones and the European (also known as Iberian or Castilian) Spanish ones; the same with Portuguese: European Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese. In Spain, Buzz will have an Andalucian accent that will distinguish his speech from the others', in Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, Honduras, etc.), the audio will not change; Buzz will have the Iberian accent he has in the original English version."
