Who is behind creepy A.I. images of young women ranting about migrants?

Why are bad AI images of angry women ranting about migrants popping up.everywhere ?
I am inviting ideas as to by whom and where these are being produced
I've always wished more of my female acquaintances and friends would talk about politics- but voices of identifiably young women are less common and this isn't in my experience what they start saying when they talk.
So who has an interest in creating these images and what would the production process be? Since they are clearly AI, is the purpose to put words in the mouths of young women? Or to further radicalise young men?
And isn't it creepy?

Taking a wild guess, Russia.

He does say that but then mentions a variety of other locations. Bearing in mind there's money going into our politics from a variety of other places. I suppose I'm wondering who internationally being that Reform are so invested in the very subject matter and how it all links up. Russia proliferate images that directly echo Reforms messages? Are reforms donors linked? What about the lot in Cambridge?
