Is anyone following the continuing saga?
I thought it was a mess the first time round but wow... It is just getting worse and worse. The FB groups are just something else, with admin preaching respect whilst simultaneously calling the blokes who came up with the acronym FARTS to describe women who don't believe they are ummm... Actual women "geniuses".

The groups are really a sight to behold. Women fawning over men to such a degree it's utterly bizarre, tales of how a group of trans women saved a lone female from a sex attack when a man followed her into the loo, TW and women arguing men have no advantage in sport and how a biological female rugby player would easily take out any man in a dress....

It is really the gift that keeps on giving.
Misappropriation of funds.
Bitter infighting.
Fighting over the fact the logo has used the female symbol as it's not inclusive enough.
Demands for admins personal phone numbers to have proper conversations to express concerns about how they aren't inclusive enough.

I'm amazed anyone is still taking this seriously let alone putting time and effort into it. But then again, these ladies do believe men in dresses to be a sacred caste so I suppose I am expecting far too much from them.

Am I the only one who scrolls through their infighting when I can't sleep? And giggle over the fact they seriously try to argue playing roller derby with a TW is completely safe as studies show apparently according to them they are shorter on average and have less strength than cis women anyway?

Just reading your OP has made me too annoyed to go back to sleep! I will not be visiting that shitshow first-hand.

If only they really were shorter and weaker than women on average! There'd be much less of a domineering takeover, I believe.

Years ago, before this shit show kicked off, Germaine Greer was up in arms about a man who became head of women's studies. Her argument was that he'd never experienced life as a woman, so couldn't possibly lead a department specifically about women.

She was called all sorts of things because people wanted to be polite. Contradictory as that sounds. People including feminists, wanted to be inclusive and there weren't that many trans women.

The situation then got so bad that survivors of domestic abuse were told to put men first and a predatory male was sitting in on their therapy sessions. Fetishists were allowed to sit in on breastfeeding classes and abuse babies and perverts are exposing themselves to kids in changing rooms.

There can only be two reasons why women who think they're feminists, are capitulating to this: they're perverts or they are so far down the rabbit hole, they can't see straight.

The women organising the events for Women's Day can either revolve the events around men or they can focus on women. The problem with being online, is that you get trapped in an echo chamber where your, somewhat niche, view is amplified and anyone who doesn't agree is a 'bigot'.
