Following on from a previous thread where I was inspired by@Bristolnewcomer ‘s mum having quietly filled her shelves with strong female stories and authors, I’d love to do the same for DD and would welcome your personal recommendations.
@ArabellaScott suggested the https://www.amightygirl.com website which is fantastic (thank you!) but i’d also love some personal recommendations of books either you remember loving or your DDs love/d at this age too.
She’s doing well with her reading but still quite young so ideally looking for simple and engaging books at first reading level both fiction and fact would be great.
