I just wanted to take a minute to admire these women's strength and forbearance in coming forward, especially in light of the horrific new video evidence of Combs attacking Cassie Ventura in public in a hotel stairwell.
I cannot imagine how terrifying becoming embroiled with a man with his strength and power (metaphorically as well as physically) must have been for these women.
The culture of silence around appalling acts of VAWG by powerful men continues. I am so proud of all who are now finding the courage to speak out. And, fwiw, isn't it completely disgusting that the video - from 2016 - has existed, buried, for 8 years and is now deemed the incident is too long ago for Cassie, the victim, to bring charges? 🙄
