employment union for women

I am sure I saw a suitable employment organisation for women mentioned on here a while ago. Does anyone know what that might be? The current option is Unison, but I have heard they are not much good and quite misogynistic.

I was with Affinity for a while. They have protected gender critical women and helped me through my redundancy.

Really the best advice is to be with the union that has recognition in your workplace. I've been a union rep and I certainly didn't agree with the public position of my union on trans stuff but it didn't affect how I carried out my role. Unison might have some daft policies on trans but as a union of nearly a million women, I guarantee those policies aren't representative of what most members or reps think.
