Casual sexism

Many many years ago there was an article all over the web, and referenced/linked to here a few times. It was written by a chap who initially thought his wife divorced him because he didn't put his empty cup into the dishwasher, but then when he considered properly realised that that particular thing was a distillation of the problems of everyday casual sexism his wife suffered at his hands.

My dd's bf is just getting how pervasive everyday sexism is, and I thought if I could find this article/blog piece and send a link to her (and she can show him) it might help.

I can't find it. Does anyone remember it? Can you find it? Have you got it? I'd really appreciate it if someone could point me to it.

Thanks!

That article is so good. I wish I could have given it to my dp to read when we moved in together.

@FindThatThing YES! Yes, that very thing! Thank you. Have sent it to dd. I'm pretty sure I showed it to her when she was in her early teens but won't hurt her or her bf to read it a time or two.

Thank you so much, have saved it.

We're all very well positioned to see the hardships we suffer but rarely recognise the privileges we have.

It is very good the article resonates.
I sometimes would like perspectives suitable for young men who are leaning a bit to red-pill but are reachable. For these men I sould never use an article like this, I rather fear there is a sub-genre of men who are so full of themselves that they are abusive, then claim to be special and are full of themselves for being less abusive.
Would anyone be able to recommend anything perhaps better than the crude analogies I use at present?
