I have just concluded two years of employment proceedings after I was forced off my training scheme after being subject to a year sexual harassment at the hands of my mentor, my employer conceded liability days before the hearing instead of facing the music. It was my second ET, having been through the process before made it so much less scary and I want to share my knowledge and give a candid look into the entire experience to hopefully help other women
When it first started I posted for advice on another social media platform and a few women reached out for help which only made me realise how isolating and scary the experience really is- before I pay for a domain and share it wider I was hoping to please receive some feedback on what is missing/ unnecessary and anything else which would help make it a more useful tool for people
