If you haven’t come across the podcast it’s a stand up comedy with audience participation about situations facing the police. In this episode the comedian asked the audience what they would do if big hairy bearded Dave decides he is women when ‘he’ is going to be strip searched and therefore requires female officers to do the search. He says this situation will happen soon.

I've listened to this episode. He made the point brilliantly.

I think he made his point well.

The point he didn't make was that if they thought/knew that 'big hairy Dave' was 'truely' trans and not just timewasting, it might be that female police officers would be obliged to do the search...

If he has male body parts still, then he will normally be searched by a male
