Disciplinary charges are so far taking >1 year which is in the interests of no-one. How do they ever hope to address the crisis in public confidence with response times like this?

Married Merseyside cop is caught running 'would you, wouldn't you' WhatsApp group with 'more than 100 secret images of his female colleagues - including showing them bending over while on duty'
Anonymous police sergeant was caught running a group chat comparing his female colleagues after secretly taking photos of their crotches and backsides
The married man, who has children, is still working but on restricted duties
Over 100 photos were in the WhatsApp group, where he would ask colleagues if they 'would or wouldn't be interested in the female officers and staff members

If he is found to have done that, I hope he is named, sacked, and considered for prosecution.

Others in the group should all be named and face disciplinary action

Agreed. Anyone who tolerated being added to this group and didn't report it has questions to answer.

Anyone who responded with a rating that wasn't a slating for the group owner/image poster alongside a report to HR needs to look in a mirror and ask themselves if this is the life they envisaged before prepping for how they're going to explain this to their friends and family members.

100 images?

All of the staff participating in that were engaged in the sexual harrassment. They should all be disciplined.
And as none of them even had the brains to realise they were creating evidence while harrassing staff they should be invited to find new jobs.
