I am so angry at the seemingly endless amount on police misogyny and sexism there is. Women and girls who are victims treated as perpetrators. I am feeling pretty despairing as to what we can do about it. I certainly won't be telling dd to go to the police if she ever experiences sexual violence.

It's so horrific I don't even know how to start to unpack it.
The way these girls have been treated makes me cry. They were children ffs.

I remember reading a few years ago about one of the victims coming home and sitting on her mothers lap, needing to be rocked and crying. She was 13.

These fucking men and their desires for children. Animals.

There is no end to the pain experienced by those girls and it's piled on by the people who were supposed to protect them.
