Hi,
I last did 5:2 about 13 years ago for my wedding! This time round I have started by using nutriseed juices/soups to make it easy but would like to transition to something manageable myself.
Back in 2012/13 I would often have a soup for my main meal and I became a bit of an expert on the lowest calorie supermarket soups (there was a morissons butternut squash one that was about 80kcal whereas marks and spencer tomato was nearly 200!)
I have been finding the nutriseed soups good for feeling like I am having a proper meal while being under 100kcal.
Can anyone recommend specific supermarket soups as low calorie as possible as I transition away from using nutriseed? And any other tips as it has been a while! I saw konjac noodles on another thread so will give those a go, and I already have miso soup!

Can't you make soup? I make a variation of this, I add green pepper and chicken to it.

Tomato soup is nice, chicken soup has chicken pieces in it. Soup in packets is better for calorie intake than soup in tins.
