2x24hrs fasts per week & weight loss

Hi, I am currently fasting for 24hrs twice a week, this week was week 2. I’m conscious not to compensate the day after so I’m definitely having fewer calories. Am I likely to lose weight? I’m 72kg, 5ft 6 and would like to get to 65kg.
thanks.

You lose weight by being in a calorie deficit. Fasting is one way of achieving this as long as your other days don’t then compensate for the calories you didn’t eat on the fasting days.

Yes, I understand that. I was hoping for someone who has done similar to talk to me about their experience.
