I started doing a mix of intermittent fasting / calorie deficit in January. I eat between roughly 12 - 8 but usually have a smaller window if i eat dinner a bit earlier so sometimes 12 - 7.
I try to eat no more than 1500 calories in that time. Usually less. Eg a 3 egg omelette for lunch (roughly 500cals with ingredients) then a dinner at roughly 800 cals. I know i have my calories quite spot on as i use gousto / hello fresh for dinners. I do no snacking in between.
This had been working great and i have lost 2 stone 9lbs so far. However, In the last month ive lost 2lb.
Any idea whats going on and how to fix?
Edited to add i started at 19 stone 9 and now at 17 stone. Only 5ft 5 so a lot to lose!
