I have lost weight using 16/8 with some longer fasts. I now have a stomach issue and need to eat more regularly. I am wondering if I could do 5/2 eating little and often on the fast days.
So my question is how much weight have you lost doing it and do you just eat 500 calories as this seems so few?
Also is hunger a big issue as the advantage of 16/8 for me was it seemed to reduce hunger?
