I’ve been reading a very old thread where a woman of my height and weight lost two stone, which I’d exactly what I’d like to do (but I’m not overweight so I find it difficult).
I usually calories count which will get a stone off over time, then I stall and gain the same stone. The woman said she’d found it easy doing 5:2. I’ve perused this board and googled but I’m still confused. What do I have to do? Any help gratefully received.
