I find the 16:8 fast relatively easy but sometimes struggle on days I've been to the gym.

For those who do OMAD or the 36 hour fast, are you exercising within these days too? I feel I could do it more if not burning energy but I keep reading threads where exercise isn't really mentioned so wanted to know how you all do it..

When I did the Very Fast 800 I didn't really do much other than walking and yoga as there were too few calories to play with.

What I do now is have an amount of calories which is sustainable long term. And I do the 16:8 when it feels natural to so do rather than in an enforced way, some days it's 14:10 or 12:12.

Two meals a day tend to work better for me on most days at 11am and about 6-7pm.

But I fit it around exercise, so we go to the gym at about 9am Sunday morning. I would have a banana and coffee before I go and have the usual brunch about 11am when I get back.

Two nights we go to the gym in the evening, so I eat properly about 8.30pm after the gym and have a snack before.
