Can anyone advise? I can manage the 5-600 on Fasting Days fine, and then get conflicted on the NFD…keep calories high to shock metabolism, ‘eat normal’, etc, but then probably become a bit too joyful at the thought of ‘normal’ and weight loss has been non-consistent, and some weeks, just not even happening.
Any ideas would be really appreciated, holiday is four weeks away…need to see a change🤞
