I have been doing Fast 800 for 11 weeks and have lost 24lbs. Moving on to 5:2 next week and expecting things to slow down massively. Does anyone Fast (800 cals) for more than the 2 days? Is this safe? I know you're not meant to calorie count on the 5 days, just eat healthily, but I'm thinking I might be better limiting calories on those days too, maybe 1200 or 1400. What do others do? I'll also be doing 16:8
