I'm doing 16-8, with some minor diet adjustments, and it's going very well. I'm losing 1 lb a week, which is good. BUT... after 7 hours, when I should be contemplating my last meal of the day, I'm not hungry at all.
But I gotta eat something - if I skip the last meal, I know I'll be starving later, go to bed hungry, wake up hungry, and be watching the clock for my 16 hour fast to end.
I think I'd be happier with a 26 hour day, so I can do 16-10.
