I’ve been doing 16/8 for a month now and started trying to lose weight 3 months ago. So far have lost 8lbs in 3 months. I’m eating low carb/no sugar/no sweetener and healthy small meals so I am a bit frustrated with how slow my weight loss is. It’s about just under a lb a week. I’m very pleased to actually be losing though for the first time in many years as it’s incredibly difficult to get my weight to shift.
So anyway should I move to alternate day fasting or change my fasting window? I’m eating lunch around 12.30 and then dinner around 7pm at the moment.
