I've been fasting since 23rd may and have loved it, so far I've only lost 6 lb but I enjoy how I feel and it stops the mindless eating that I was doing previously.
However... for the last two weeks my weight hasn't budged. I've been fasting 19:5 so only consuming salad for my lunch at 12:30 then having my meal in the evening. I would have thought fasting 19 hours would have worked better but maybe I'm being naive. What can I do to Mix it up and see greater results. I have a least 2st to lose
