That's with having two 'bad' weekends thrown into he mix. Last weekend end I was away with friends and had a few cocktails, dinner out then massive dessert ( I completely over indulged) I got straight back in the wagon albeit it was tough-ish to get going again but managed to fast everyday for at least 18 hrs. Then I was away with my family Friday-Sunday and while I tried to be mindful of my eating, I definitely overdid it again but I made sure to get back on again and be strict. I weighed in this morning to see what damage I had done and was shock to see I've lost a total of 5lb
I'm really enjoying this lifestyle and I'm determined to get this weight off.
I have a good 3st to lose so I hope it happens
