Thrilled to have arrived at target, 6.5kg down from New Year weight! Hasn't been too awful but looking forward to a bit more intake. Now to some kind of sustainable lifelong regime, maybe 5:2, probably combined with 16:8...
Wondering how people made the transition? Will be so sad when weight increases due to gut fill and glycogen! How did you manage that scenario?
I'd be happy to lose another .5kg so was thinking to keep below maintenance calories for a little while and gently increase what I consume? Thereby hopefully settling nearly on target once eating 'normally'?
Also, was there ever a vegetable spiraliser that didn't result in blood loss / chunks of unspiralised veg?
