Hi I’m considering starting the fast 800 but I was just wondering whether anyone has been able to maintain the big weight loss afterwards?
And maintain it with a relatively normal healthy active lifestyle, ie not continuing to constantly calorie count or do lots of fasting. I think 6:1 would be fine, but I guess I’m just looking for hope that’s it’s possible to have a normal relationship with food and eating again after doing such a restricted diet!
(And by normal I don’t mean continuing to eat the same way that’s caused me to put on the weight)
