I can’t do any excercise at the moment. So I’ve started overeating from boredom, but it’s got a bit out of hand, and it needs to go.
I tried 5:2, for 2 weeks and lost nothing. It’s worked in the past but I’m pretty imobile at the moment. I then tried 4:3, but didn’t lose anything again.
If l calorie count 1200 per day l lose weight. But doing it like that leads to bingeing.
What do l do? I’ve looked at 16:8, but won’t that be the same as 5:2?
