My friend did this and fasted completely on the 2 days which were Monday and Thursday and lost not only his high blood pressure but ££££s.
I'm doing it, a week in and I haven't really felt hungry on the fast days and for some bizarre reason I'm eating less on the non fast days.
I've been fat for years, a gastric band fail and have 4 stone to lose.
I'm going to give it a month to see what gives.
I'm 60 with high blood pressure and post menopause flab that will not shift.
