I'm starting the 5:2 for the first time, it's going to be my first fast day tomorrow 😬 I'm also going to do 16:8 on the fast days. Anyone else just starting and want to buddy up? 🤗
I'm planning to get my starting weight in the morning, but think I have around 20kg to loose. Did measurements this evening, hips were 116.5cm and my tummy at the widest is 118cm. Looking forward to seeing some results! 😁
