Anyone else trying the shakes + non starchy veg?
I've just done two days on exante, finding it difficult to get them down to be honest, taste yucky! Vegan one is a bit better as it's oaty tasting. Feeling full on them which is good.
On the reversing type 2 diet, I'm also supposed to have non starchy veg at dinner.
Today is day 2, skipped the dinner shake and had two boiled eggs instead with my veg instead.
Is anyone else on this journey? Have you found a tastier shake?
