Hi everyone,
I just finished the FAST800 book wherein Micheal Mosley suggests some other interesting practices such as mindfulness, self-kindness and other lovely sounded practices. Wondering if anyone fancied discussing and supporting through those as well as I think they are just as important.
I came to FAST800 with a history of an eating disorder (a long whilst ago, don't worry, I'm being followed by my counsellor to do this and I feel really good and not messed up about it).
I'm not going to lie, taking my food/sugar crutch away has revealed some really interesting mental patterns/issues I have like a lot of self criticism, catastrophising, perfectionism etc...
Anyways thought this would be a good, safe space to open and share and invite anyone who wants to share some of the emotional and other things coming up, and maybe get into the mindfulness as much as the calorie restriction. I'll try to post here everyday to explain my own stuff but yeah if you're keen please join!
