.....is this normal for the 5:2 and does the weight loss slow down?

I'm really pleased btw but I found the fasting days hard.

It does slow (sadly!). There’s a bit of water loss at first ime, and broadly if you’re very overweight your loss will slow over time.

Depends how overweight you are, but yes eventually it will slow down.
I found the v low cal days in the first few weeks very hard, but they got easier and I actually started to look forward to them (wouldn't want them every day).

What are you eating?

I have a can of veg soup for lunch (125kcal) and a meal of peppers, mini tomatoes, red onions and diced chicken with a bit of sweet chilli sauce for tea (about 275kcal). Then either a small milkyway type bar (100kcal) or a Delmonte raspberry smoothie lolly (90kcal) as a treat (100kcal).

I only want to lose about half a stone.
Chasing my fast days were very similar to yours, except I had a slice of toast for breakfast and a yoghurt for a treat.
Your dinner looks great.

You are early half way there then!
I wanted to lose about 2.5 stone when I started, so the initial weight loss was a good motivator.
(I'd expect the remaining might be a bit slower to shift!)

-early- nearly
