I'm starting this today and have a couple of stone to lose (currently 12.5 stone).
My plan was to do fast 800 for 10-14 days and then intermittent fasting. Have I got that right?
So - 10-14 days of eating only 800 calories per day and then switch to ?? number of calories only to be eaten between the hours of 12/8pm.
I'm taking a multivitamin and vitamin D as per usual and drinking black coffee and water.
Any tips? Thanks
