200cal, low carb meals

What are your favourite 200 calorie meals?

I'm doing a VLCD meal replacement diet, 3 products a day and 1 200 calorie low carb meal, but looking for ideas, I get stuck on boiled eggs. Or salad, which are boring.

Can you eat loads of veg? Look up volume eating where you have a larger portion of lower calorie foods.

Yes, mushrooms, asparagus and broccoli are all very low cal so I could have those. And spinach. I was looking for recipes or pairing inspo really.

Omelettes with mushrooms and spinach, onions, and add extra egg white if not enough egg.

You want lots of protein to fill yourself up the veg is for the fibre. Lean protein like turkey or chicken.

Lots of ready made soups.
